Join us for a transformative weekend reset in the gorgeous north woods of Wisconsin. This "Following the Tao" community retreat we bring our focus on the art of Qigong, with guest host, Sandra Mighell, certified Qigong practitioner, specializing in traditional Five Element Organ Cleansing.
In this course, we'll dive into the art and wisdom of Qi, the subtle energy that drives all life force. Through gentle, mindful movements and connection to breath, guests will learn how to cultivate , balance, and guide Qi to restore vitality, release tension, and deepen your inner connection to self and truth.
