Don't miss this this 2 day, 2 night Bike Tour Retreat cycling through the legendary Northern Wisconsin fall colors.
This all-in-one retreat combines invigorating movement with deep recovery. Pedal miles of scenic routes, then soothe your body with a traditional wood-burning sauna and cold plunge in gorgeous Teal Lake. Enjoy communal healing meals, morning meditation and stretching and a creative screenprinting craft to round out your weekend. If easy, meditative mornings, stunning fall trails, and evenings around the campfire calls your soul, please join us! Space is limited.

Who: 18 and up. All levels of riders.
What: A guided road/gravel ride through the Chequamagon-Nicollet National Forest. 30-60 miles depending on how far or fast one wants to go.
Equipment: Tuned bike, helmet (if preferred), water bottle, backpack
