About the event
This MEA, trade screen time for trail time! Join us at Tao Life Lodge for two days of fresh air, good food, good people, and good trails in the Wisconsin north woods.
Guests will ride through the beautiful forest on CAMBA (Chequamagon Area Mountain Bike Association) trails, and spend two evenings relaxing at the lodge with a healing meals wood fired sauna, cold plunge, and fireside fun!
Itinerary:
Wednesday: Arrival between 3 - 4pm, meet and greet, opening orientation, dinner at 6, 7pm screen printing craft, camp fire by the lake with stories and songs
Thursday: 7:30-8:30 Stretching, light yoga, and movement in our event space to get warmed up. 8:30-9:30 Breakfast: 10 AM drive to Hatchery Road trailhead. Ride until noon with a picnic lunch at the trailhead. Back on trail for two hours post lunch. 2/3 pm Back to the lodge for sauna, snacks before dinner. 6PM…
