About the event
Join us for a transformative weekend reset in the gorgeous north woods of Wisconsin. This "Following the Tao" commuity retreat we bring our focus on daily Ayurvedic cleansing practices; infusing ancient wisdom in modern life. Come immerse yourself in the healing energy of the slow/ intentional day, connect your body and soul through daily Iyengar yoga sessions (no experience required), and awaken your creativity through inspiring discussions.
We will dive into traditional cleansing routines - learning the key components of long-term daily self care, how to cook simple kitchari meals, and make healing drinks to support the body's cleansing pathways. During our creative segment of the retreat, guests will learn the art of incense making!
